Although at ⋯ ( Settings and more) > Settings > Downloads, the path is given as D:\Noel\Downloads, the file was in fact saved in the Windows default downloads folder, C:\Users\Noel\Downloads. This appears to be a bug, which should be corrected in a future update. I don't see this behaviour in the Dev version.
