Same issue as you, Found the fix. I had to open yuzu in steam desktop, then open speaker on the desktop bottom right menu. click applications and Yuzu is muted by default. I unchecked mute and booted back into steam deck game OS. Audio works now.

Set frames to 60fps refresh rate to 60 . set a manual GPU clock, some games like 1200 others are okay with this off. Half shaders, can work either way as well. I like my yuzu setting to have accuracy to high and works better if resolution is set to 1.0x even if not docked. Any lower and seems to stutter in some games.

I'll try Yuzu again after it releases and the audio is fixed. I've got it working on Ryujinx now. Only issue I'm having now is the cutscenes are about 20% slower than the audio but still playable. I’ve been playing 2-3h On Steam deck no problems with Super Mario RPG with OpenGL fixes audio bug.
